Note that we're talking about ancient America in approximately the year 600 B.C.E.. Note also that fossil records indicate all equid species in the Western Hemisphere died out at the end of the last Ice Age, about 10,000 years ago, and that no horses or related species existed in the New World until the sixteenth century, when Spanish explorers brought them from Europe. Then put that in your pipe and smoke it.
