Novel in embryo

So now I've written a novel synopsis. I wasn't writing it entirely from scratch, given that the novel will be an expansion of a novella, but still this was different from any writing exercise I've done. (Previous novel synopses have been written after the novels themselves were done.) I didn't exactly expect this assignment to be easy, but even so it was more difficult than I had anticipated. I had figured on two or three days of work, but it ended up taking six.

Now we'll see how well my agent likes it, and whether or not it gets the LSA....
