Agony and ivory

So Andrew and Stephanie's stuff is all on its way to Texas, and we're sad. But that's nothing compared to the emotions that Andrew experienced as the moving guys were preparing his Steinway for the trip:

Moving the Steinway  (8.2 Mb AVI file)
He tells me the first expression was feigned, the second un-.
