Training day?

Hey, have any of you other New Yorkers noticed any particular worsening lately in the way subway trains are being driven? In the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that incidents of me being thrown violently into or away from the walls while trains round curves have increased dramatically. And I know from the silent looks we commuters give each other when things like this happen that I'm not the only one experiencing this.

What's the deal? Did the MTA just flood the rails with a crop of new drivers? Are the trains all falling to pieces at the same time? Is New York listing to one side?
